Research tells me the Grand Teton is historically known for the beauty of its tourist mountain range. I think I have seen other jigsaw puzzle images where the mountains are the first thing the eyes get attracted to. In this case, I think the purple flowers are more outstanding. I did my usual sorting routine.
As you can see above, the Grand Teton jigsaw puzzle is 300 pieces so I was able to do the entire puzzle on one foam board. I basically started from the top and worked my way down to the bottom.
The pieces felt good for board thickness and quality however when trying to move pieces of sections to different areas, they could not be lifted without falling apart. That meant dragging the sections around the board which is doable of course.
Here are some close up images of the mountains and flowers. This is what I consider to be a perfect puzzle picture because many of the traditional puzzle images are similar to nature scenes.
I was not really impressed with this one in respect of it being a photograph though. The picture shows the flowers pretty enough but it does not seem to do the mountains any justice.
Note how close up the bottom 2 images are where you can see the 'Sure-lox fit' of the pieces.
This Grand Teton jigsaw puzzle is the perfect picture of the Grand Teton mountain view at the National Park in the northwest U.S state of Wyoming. The highest mountain boasts over 4000 yards or more than 2 miles high. It's a highly visited tourist attraction for the outdoor vacationer.
Now maybe IF the image was like these 2 below then I would have a very high recommendation! The following 2 images can be seen at Grand Teton website by using the above link.
And while it may only be 300 pieces and 1.5 hours to assemble it all adds up.
