Brand: Cra-Z-Art, Title: Peanuts Multi Shaped Puzzle, Artist: Charles Shultz, Pieces: 500, Size: 12 Individual puzzles. So you can see that the backs of the puzzle pieces are colour coded. I simply sorted out the colours into piles and then assembled each individual puzzle.

Some Puzzlers would not be in agreement with that process but I am all for it - work smarter not harder! I am ok if I complete this puzzle in 2 hours. I wanted to see these little Peanut people put together so I could admire them. They go together quite easily. 

Brand: Buffalo Games, Title: Flying Ace jigsaw puzzle, Artist: Charles Shultz, Pieces: 300, Size: 21.25 x 15" or 54x38cm. What's not to like with this Flying Ace jigsaw puzzle? The minute I saw this at the Thrift Store, I just had to have it. For me, 300 pieces of 'Snoopy anything' works. Peanuts puzzle are the best ever! 

Snoopy in the Flying Ace jigsaw puzzle is 300 pieces but not made for children under 14 years. The pieces are extra large and very durable which is appealing for smaller children. The image being a Peanuts cartoon with Snoopy flying on his house might be very appealing to children too but the assembling part might be frustrating for them. I would have expected this one to go a lot faster than it did.

So love this Peanuts Christmas puzzle however it did have it's tricky areas like the snow and the dark sky with stars. I have heard the same comments from other Puzzlers who assembled it as well.

I tried to do the Christmas Tree first. Then I worked the colored hair on the characters. Once I completed their hair and bodies and Snoopy, I assembled all the faces. So when the tree, characters and Snoopy were done it left only the stars in the sky and the snow on the bottom of the image.

I knew they would be testy due to the grid-cut. Once again I laid out all the pieces according to shape and the size of the tips on the pieces. It took me longer to do the sky and snow than the rest of the puzzle.

I have to start out by saying that I have only done about 3 puzzles in my adult life. That is to say until recently. I have been 'gifted' at least five puzzles over the past year. This puzzle is called A Charlie Brown Christmas and was sent to me as a birthday gift. This puzzle is by Aquarius and it is 1000 pieces. The size is 20 inches x 28 inches. There is very little puzzle dust.

It arrived about a week before my 'big day' and I just could not resist opening the box and at least putting the border together. Well once I started I couldn't stop. The colours are so vibrant and clear. I was attracted to Charlie Brown's bright red jacket. This caused my partner of 29 years to get his hands in on the action. Again he was attracted to the red Christmas ball in Charlie's hand and from there he was hooked!!

USAOPOLY,  Peanuts, It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown Puzzle. Size: 19" x 19", 500 Pieces. Collectors Edition. I was lucky to get this one sent to me from a Puzzler Fairy. As soon as I saw it, it became a must have and I was really surprised that the Puzzler Cassia was willing to part with it. It had to be sent to me from the USA (I am in Canada) and she also sent me the Dog With 1000 Faces which I did not even ask for.  Fellow Puzzlers are such generous people.  

That said, this was such a super fun puzzle to assemble and I love that it is a shaped puzzle. I was impressed with the quality even though it comes from an unknown puzzle company. This thickness is not high quality but the cut was enough to keep it together. And the colour was great too. I then used my 'No Glue' process and I have displayed this puzzle for my personal viewing every Halloween.
