This I Love USA puzzle was a real treat to find. I have been looking for a really nice 4th of July puzzle for quite some time as I have seen several really nice ones every year. So when I spotted this image I had to have it.

This puzzle only cost $1.25 and I am familiar with the CraZart / Puzzlebug Brand. They are very low quality thin pieces with a grid cut which means very little variation in the shapes of the pieces. I know this as I have experienced this Brand in the past. You may wonder why I would continue to buy them. I do because I wanted the image and that seems to be the catch with this Brand. They seem to know that finding terrific images and keeping the price extremely low, they do have their share in the market.
Brand: CraZart/Puzzlebug
Title: I Love USA Puzzle
Pieces: 500
Size: 18.25" x 11"
Overall Experience: Good Cut Quality: Good but thin Board Quality: THIN Shape Cut: Ribbon-grid Image Quality: Superb Hardest Area: The blue/white stars Puzzle Dust? medium amount |
Finish Quality: Smooth/shiny Box Quality: Thin and sealed Sealed Pieces Inside Box: no Was this purchased new? yes Price: $1.25 Recommend Level: Medium Time: less than 3 hours |
This being a 500 piece puzzle, I only sorted the colors as best I could. I left them in piles on the foam board and just sorted through the piles by spreading them out. The size being 18.5" x 11" means it does not take up lots of space so there was plenty of room to move pieces around. |

The border went together really fast with only the 2 different shapes and the easy pattern of colors around the edges. |

I did the trees, building, eagle, bottom flag, mountains and the yellow text area all within like an hour or so.....which you can see in the image below. The top half of the image took a tad longer but kept me under 3 hours. I was amazed at how quickly and easily this one went together. Even though the pieces are quite thin I was able to pick the entire puzzle up carefully and lay it back down without pieces falling apart - impressive for a low quality brand.
I wanted to do a new puzzle for July 4th and discovered this one in my collection which I bought about 5 months ago. The images below share some of the close up features of why Americans love their country and celebrate the 4th of July. Thanks to CraZart for this one.
I have also assembled the Fireworks Symphony which is a Premium brand of theirs and it is 1500 pieces with the colour code on the back as the image is quite extreme. I enjoyed trying the colour code assembly strategy!
