Eggs in Frames Jigsaw Puzzle

The border was tricky because you can see the repetitive pattern that switches between 2 different shades which is also the background of the Eggs in Frames.

There were several sections to this image so I broke them down like this;

• The border/background
• The coloured frames around the eggs
• The coloured inside each of the eggs framed
• The colours for each of the eggs
• The colours for the stands for each of the eggs

Then I proceeded to build each one like mini-puzzles. Once the frames around the eggs were done, I slid the sections into place within the outside border.

This is the type of puzzle that has that 'addicting' effect - by that I mean, it goes slow for a spell and then suddenly several pieces just appear into place...slow again and then several more are easily placed. So it gives a nice combination of challenge and pleasure.
