Beaucoup Bouquet Puzzle

One thing I can say for sure is the cut and quality on the Beaucoup Bouquet Puzzle was terrific!!!

I can't even imagine growing flowers like this or painting them either :) 

The quality is so good on this puzzle that I can pick it up without it falling apart. That's a quality cut test for sure. See the image below.

Beaucoup Bouquet Puzzle Assembly

I did my usual sorting routine.

  1. Sorting to locate all  the outside border pieces, while....
  2. Placing the pieces into the 'general-color' piles. 
  3. Then I carried on with a second round of sorting (similar colors sorted by shades/patterns) while placing the pieces flat out on the poster boards.

The majority of newer Cobble Hill puzzles come with a very nice size poster which you can see in the photo below. It is almost the same size as the box. I wrestled a bit with the white areas in the border after I had most of the color border pieces in place. That was likely the most challenging part of this image.

Showing below is the work-in-progress. You can see the 'clumps' of sections I started with first and as usual, I picked out the most outstanding colors on the flower pails and flowers. I completed a good portion of the glass shelves before I continued on with the flowers and greenery.

As I eventually completed all the flower pots, I zoned into the colors of the flowers. There certainly was enough of a variety to distinguish patterns and areas to place them on the board. You can see the glass shelves a little clearer in the close up photos.

Once I completed this most delightful puzzle image, I could tell the fit was quite good so I got a photo of me holding it up in the air.  It's rare jigsaw puzzles can have that great of fit. I have done a few Barbara Behr puzzle images and loved them all - however be warned as they are quite addicting!!! Once you start you don't want to stop!!!  Cobble Hill Puzzle Company has a winner here with cut, quality, the image and overall experience.
